Delivery

Naturally, we have some delivery conditions in place for our shop.

Standard delivery service

For all non-restricted products, we use Royal Mail for our delivery throughout the UK.

Postage & packing costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item and is based on the prices set by Royal Mail.

All orders, regardless of cost, we reserve the right to use various couriers to deliver your item.

Please note, though some of these are 24 hour services, they are not guaranteed next-day or Saturday services. We can provide those at an additional charge; please contact us for details.

If you don’t receive your order within a few days of receiving your ‘dispatched’ email, don’t worry! Just get in touch with us, and we can provide you with all the tracking details you need (if you haven’t received them already).

Before signing for any deliveries, please inspect them thoroughly. If the package appears damaged, either refuse to sign for it or have the delivery person check the contents with you. Sign for the order only when you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, sign for the order as unchecked. If you sign for an order as in good condition and later discover damage, it may be difficult or impossible to claim compensation.

Restricted products

Due to government legislation, we cannot deliver Air Weapons or Air Weapon parts (including Silencers/Moderators) directly to you for free. These items must be purchased in a face-to-face transaction. There are three options if you’d like to order these items from us, but for each option, you must be able to present two valid forms of ID, as outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm Wednesday to Saturday at the number below, or email us, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

You can collect the items directly from our location.

We offer a to-your-door delivery service if you are within 25 road miles of our location. Please select this option from the list when in the shopping basket page, and we will arrange for our representative to deliver the item and verify your ID in a face-to-face transaction. If you would like to order multiple applicable items, please call us, and we can combine the delivery to make it more cost-effective for you.

If you are located farther away, we can also deliver these items to your local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for an administrative charge, typically ranging from £20.00 to £35.00. This charge is imposed by the dealer and varies between shops. We will deliver to them free of charge. If you want to order these items, we can handle the rest for you. Please note that the administrative charge is additional and payable on collection. You will also be asked for an official form of photo ID that matches the address on your order and the billing address on your authorized card.

Please be aware that if you choose the “within 25 miles delivery to your door” service and are not present to accept the delivery at the prearranged time or do not have the correct identification, the service fee is non-refundable. You will need to pay for the delivery to be re-scheduled.

All weapons with the exception of Gelsoft guns have restrictions in place that limit how we can send products. We will need perform the hand-over in-person so we’re guaranteed the recipient is permitted to receive the item. This means we require either a collection from our shop near Crowborough or we can offer a local delivery service to offer the same.

Any restricted products must be transferred to the buyer in person.

Unrestricted products

All our products not mentioned in the restricted product categories can be delivery normally without in-person checks.

Orders containing both

If an order contains both restricted and unrestricted products, then the overall order will have a restriction in place. You can checkout twice, one with only unrestricted products and a second time with restricted products if you wish to use our Royal Mail delivery service.
